Family here we come

Sorry but I had to do 2 postings today. We took a short trip to Arizona at the beginning of June and I wanted to post some pictures of our great time together as a family. We got to see Ty's sister while we were there. We went out for breakfast and had a great time with her and her kids. Thanks Lynsee and Sean for taking the time to come and see us!!!

Then we spent the rest of the time with my brother and his family. We had such an enjoyable time going and seeing his sweet family and seeing where he lives. They have lived there for about 4 years and we haven't made it down there.
We built some great memories together as a family. We had lots of spiritual experiences together and lots of fun times. We got to go swimming at my sister-in-laws parents house. They were so kind to let us all come over and party at their house. We got to chat and stay awake way to late at night. I got really sore hands from all the back rubs that I gave... Just a warning that I better be getting some payback when I come up this week! There are to many great stories to post about... a few of the great ones...
Meg n Dad had to jump in the swimming pool with their clothes on! oopps next time hopefully that won't have to happen. Tyler helped everyone gain 10 pounds by taking them to get slurpies, cold stone, hot wings and pizza!!

What can I say I love my family and we have such a great time together. When we all get together it is crazy and fun all at the same time! I can't wait until the end of the week until we are all meeting up again for another weekend of craziness. Mom prepare your beautiful new home for one big mess... hopefully there won't be to many spills and accidents!
Idaho here we come!!!

Crazy week

This week has been crazy. We have been trying to fit everything possible in before we head out of town. We went to the zoo last week with some of our favorite cousins in the portland area! We had a friend come over and do some face painting on the girls, we went to the denist, we went to the parks, we played in the sprinkler almost everyday and ended it with a great neighborhood BBQ and water party. Here are a few pictures of a fun filled couple of weeks.

Graduation

Taylee had a little graduation party at school. She is off to 1st Grade. She was a little sad as we left the school because she is moving to a different school and will meet all new friends and have a new teacher. We will be going to the school with the neighborhood kids which will be nice. Once she starts next year she will enjoy it. She had a great teacher and some great friends in her class.I can't belive that she is old enough to go to school all day long. I'm not sure what I will do. I love when she comes home and plays with us. Addie will really miss her, she loves when Tay comes home and they eat lunch together and play outside or play polly pockets. They are great friends!!

Happy Birthday!

I'm a little late getting these posted, but better late than never! She is our true princess. She wanted a Barbie cake. I didn't have a big enough bowl so the Barbie is looking a little short with wide hips!! She wanted to put sprinkles all over it so I let her decorate it. The girls thought that was so much fun. The one thing she really wanted for her b-day was a princess dress. So thats what she got! We had a great family party it was relaxing and we enjoyed our night together. I can't belive our little girl is getting so big. She is full of life and energy. She loves to make jokes or say something and then laugh at herself. I'm not sure where she gets that!!( She acts just like Tyler)

It got done!!

Here are some pictures of our new playground. Tyler got it done in a week and a half. I was so proud of him! He worked on it everynight after work. The kids are loving it and go out on it all the time. The neighbor kids like it just as much as our girls do! Everynight they want to play on it. It was a great investment and will be fun for the kids to play on it this summer.

Nice Job Tyler for getting it done. He did say it was nice to use his hands and work instead of sitting at a desk!!

My fav oldest bro and family

This is a tribute to my sweet brother and sister in law. This week we found out their sweet little boy died. When we heard the news our hearts broke in half. He was the cutest little boy that when you saw his eyes it melted your heart.
To my great brother.... who our whole family loves. He is the rock of our family and we all look up to him so much. He is the one that we call about all of our computer issues!! He is on the phone with one of our siblings to try to help them fix their computers more than he wants to be!He probably should get paid for it! He keeps us all laughing during our weekly family emails. We always look forward to his great emails. Sometimes I wonder where he comes from! He is such a great brother and a great father. His kids love him and I love talking to him on the phone and hear him tell his girls something and they just laugh at him!!
My sister-in law is the beautiful girl that is so knowledgeable about everything. Shes the one we ask for what kind of carseat and stroller to whats a good book to read. She is a do it all girl. She went to school with 2 kids and being pregnant and then started working as an RN at nights. She makes chocolate roll just like Grandma Kunz and makes it better than any of my siblings can. She is a great mom to her kids. She also is a great cook. She, unlike me, can just throw a meal together without a recipe. One time while at Moms I had to call and get a recipe and she told me you just throw a little of this in and a little on that in!!! She is one of a kind and we are so glad that my brother found her and she was willing to be a part of our crazy family!
Their family has had many trials. During all these trial I have never heard them complain, they hold their heads high and try so hard not to get down. This is a great example to our family of how much faith they have. They are some of the stongest people that I know.
We love them so much and are praying for them to heal and to be lifted up at this time.
We are so glad that we are able to go and be with them during this hard time. We love you guys you are the best!

Missing our DC Friends

Over Memorial Day our friend from back east flew into Seattle so we drove up there and saw him. It was so nice of him to take time away from his sister to see us. We had a great time. The girls loved seeing him again. We didn't get to spend to much time with him but it was so much fun. We went and saw a beautiful waterfall and then we went to eat. It was very adventurous.. Jackson was tired and cried, Taylee said she was going to throw up and Addie just sat there and laughed. So all in all it was a great night out to eat!!

Its been a year since we left all of our great friends from Dc. Most of them are moving away now to so hopefully someday we can all meet back up together. We had a great time while we were there. It will be three years that we won't forget.

Thanks Rob for letting us come and see you. When I saw him I told him it wasn't good cause all my emotions of the move are going to come back. It was one of the hardest moves we made cause we knew we were leaving such great people. Its been a great move for us though and we have enjoyed our new adventure here on the west coast.
